Portland Comedy Pageant

Introducing Portland's First Annual Comedy Pageant - a comedy competition for all forms of comedy! Fifty comedic acts will compete over 4 weeks to amuse panelists and audiences to battle for the crown and title of Portland Comedy Royalty.

• 
  
• ~ Each act will have 5 minutes to perform
• ~ Panelists will score acts based on Audience Reaction, pizzaz, and content
• ~ The Audience will vote for their favorites
• ~ All performers will have the option to receive a tape of their performance for an additional fee
• ~ Chosen finalists will compete in the grand finale on Friday, August 16th, where a winner and additional awards will be announced.
• ~ The winner of the pageant receives the crown, the glory, and will headline a showcase on Friday, September 13th
• ~ Other Pageant award winners will also perform in the showcase on Friday, September 13th
