The Mermaid Comedy Hour is a monthly all female stand-up show currently at the Hollywood Improv featuring local talent and nationally touring headliners. First started in 2015, we challenged the "there's not enough women" excuse by showcasing a diverse female lineup every month without repeating a single comic for the entire first year; over 75 amazingly talented women performed. The show's following continues to grow, and occasionally we hit the road to produce the show in cities like Atlanta, Phoenix, and Nashville.
