Introduction to Improv (Level 1) for ages 18+

Learn the basics of improv – teamwork, collaboration, yes and, play, fun, listening, heightening, character building and more through shortform games and longform formats. Students will be encouraged to keep comedy journals for advanced improv and sketch writing classes.
Intermediate Improvisation (Level 2) for ages 18+
Tuesdays, 7:30PM – 9:30PM, March 23 – May 11

Build on the skills you learned in Level 1 by delving deeper into scene work and longform formats. Expand your understanding of agreement, heightening, and relationship scenes versus games scenes. Build a stronger ensemble while also getting individual feedback and challenges for your personal development. Must have taken Curious Level 1 or receive instructor permission.
Advanced Improvisation (Level 3) for ages 18+
Tuesdays 4:30PM – 6:30PM, March 23 – May 11

There’s no teacher like stage time and you’ll get lots of it in this advanced improv class. With eight classes and four performances you will have plenty of opportunities to learn new improv forms while applying the skills you’ve learned in a real show context. Must have completed Curious Levels 1 & 2 or receive permission from instructor to participate.
Performance Improvisation (Level 4) for ages 18+
Mondays, 7:30PM – 9:30PM, March 22 – May 8
