This fun and exciting level uses short form games and improv exercises to help students master the all-important fundamentals of improvisational theater. If you have some improv experience, you will build skills and master the basic by revisiting them with a fresh perspective. If you have never been on a stage before in your life - these exercises will help you build confidence, learn to think quickly on your feet and give you a taste of the magic of improvisation. Either way - you will have a blast while learning incredibly important skills that will benefit you on stage as well as in every day life. Classes are two hours long and cost $195 (or $175 during early registration) for each seven week session with an additional student showcase performance. Registration for Level 1 is allowed without an audition. Students must audition to graduate to Level 2: Scene Work Skill Building.
