This fun and exciting level uses short form games and improv exercises to help students master the all-important fundamentals of improvisational theater. If you have some improv experience, you will build skills and master the basic by revisiting them with a fresh perspective. If you have never been on a stage before in your life - these exercises will help you build confidence, learn to think quickly on your feet and give you a taste of the magic of improvisation. Either way - you will have a blast while learning incredibly important skills that will benefit you on stage as well as in every day life.


Skills covered in the class include:

Making Offers, Listening, Heightening, Emotion, Physical Comedy, Character building, Team Building, Stage Presence, Voice Projection, Stage Picture, Object Work, Environment Work, Two Person Scene Basics, and Long Form Improv Basics


This class is every Tuesday from 7:30-9:30 pm. If you can't make Tuesdays, we also offer a class that meets just on Wednesdays! Click here to sign up for the Wednesday class.
